Shoes are one of the most important elements when it comes to dressing. Far from being able to be combined with our outfit, which also needs to be comfortable and well-reinforced to be comfortable and safe for as long as we wear them. At Quinorgan we are aware of this need and that is why we have a wide range of reinforcements for all types of footwear, fabrics, leathers…
T.Agua is a 100% polyester water-jet punched fabric that we can use in reinforcements for leather, fabrics, etc.
JERSEY is a cotton fabric for the reinforcement/moulding of skins with Thermoadhesive.
JERSEYPLAST is a water-jet needlepunched fabric with EVA-based Thermoadhesive
For the leather goods sector we have an extrusion with two water-based punched fabric supports. If what you want is to reinforce the sandals, we have the polyester fiber fabric to reinforce them.
At Quinorgan we offer you reinforcements for any material you need.
Adhesives
But a good shoe needs good adhesives. Without them our shoe would lose structure and would cease to be a shoe. At Quinorgan we present a wide section of water-based, solvent-based and hot-melt adhesives. These are used for mounting toes and heels, bumpers, hems and much more. Here we leave you a summary of the properties of each one and the terrain in which they perform best:
POLYESTER (ASSEMBLED CORD) is a Polyester thermoplastic used for assembly of shoe tips and heels.
POLYAMIDE (MOUNTED CORDÓN) is a Polyamide thermoplastic for mounting tips, heels and shanks. Polyamide is a material that gives greater performance than polyester and provides much more flexibility.
GRANZA POLYAMIDE is a thermoplastic for the manufacture of toecaps or stops and for the hem.
PU POWDER is a ground polyurethane powder and, as the word says, it is recommended for difficult PU-based surfaces.
For articles that are difficult to glue, such as oily leather or fabrics, we recommend CAPA or EVA POWDER, both are a ground polycaprolactone that crystallizes quickly and perform the same function, so either of the two would be valid for those articles that are so difficult to glue. .
