At Quinorgan, we have a wide range of thermo-adhesive sheets, both for buttresses and toecaps, which help to reinforce both the heel and the toe of the shoe, offering greater comfort, stability and quality.
Our bumpers
The top is the reinforcement that is located at the toe of the shoe. It is possible to manufacture it in different materials, lines, etc. We have reactivation lines, extruded thermoplastics and other materials such as cotton fabric and Walter Jet fabric.
We can distinguish two types: rigid and flexible stops.
The rigid ones are related to thermoplastic bumpers and the flexible ones to fabric, leather or other substitute bumpers.
Our buttresses
We have a wide range of buttress sheets that help to reinforce the footwear. From our non-woven polyester-based GAMMAFLEX to our cotton-based HP EXPRESS.
We also have extracted thermoplastic materials such as ALIS or DIANA S. This extruded thermoplastic material and synthetic resin give it great softness.
Thanks to the materials we use, our buttresses ensure maximum elasticity and maximum comfort for the consumer.
Our commitment
At Quinorgan we are committed to manufacturing based on the three Rs. We use materials renewable in the manufacturing that we carry out for the footwear sector. We replace synthetic fibers with natural fibers.
We are committed to reusing of materials, as well as proper disposal, promoting the use of biodegradable materials. Likewise, we are committed to caring for human and environmental values through a project of reduction of emissions and waste.
