Quinorgan specializes in manufacturing and distributing a wide range of sustainable materials for footwear and leather goods.

All production takes place in Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona, Spain).

Depending on the material, we use three types of technologies: extrusion, co-extrusion, and impregnation.

Solar energy:

We are committed to using solar energy as a means of reducing our carbon footprint. We have installed various solar energy systems in our production and storage facilities, which provide renewable energy and help us save thousands of tons of CO2 emissions every year. Our photovoltaic panels located at our manufacturing plant in Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona) and our Aspe (Alicante) office generate enough energy to meet our own facility’s energy requirements.

Water treatment: To conserve water, we treat it for reuse in our production processes.

Circular economy:

We also believe in a circular economy, and therefore, we collect the scrap generated by our customers and transport it to our recycling plant in Aspe (Alicante). There, the scrap undergoes a recycling process that transforms it back into reusable scrap, which we use in new production processes. This way, we recover over 250,000 kilos of waste each year.

We provide service worldwide through our different delegations in Mexico, Turkey, India, China, and Vietnam.

Toe puffs are non-visible parts that reinforce the front part of the shoe, giving shape to the toe and ensuring its durability. 

We offer a wide range of toe puffs suitable for different types of footwear such as sports shoes, sneakers, casual shoes, high heels, children’s shoes, boots, and more.

Counters are pieces of material that provide support and stability to the back of the shoe, prolonging its shape and durability. 

We have an extensive range of counters designed for different types of footwear, including options for trainers, sneakers, high heels, children’s shoes, boots, and more.

We provide a vast range of adhesives in both solvent and aqueous bases, along with hot melt, that are suitable for all types of applications in the footwear and industrial sectors (such as automotive, carpentry, and graphic arts).

Yes, we manufacture components that are designed exclusively for this sector, including orthopedic and medical insoles.

We have a wide range of sustainable products, made from recycled polymers and natural fabrics such as cotton. These act as a reinforcement sheet applied between the leather and the lining, providing the bag with structure and shape.

Yes, we have a line of extruded sheets that can be used to waterproof all types of surfaces in the construction field, including terraces (to prevent leaks), swimming pools (to prevent possible leaks), and home renovations (to counter dampness).
