Hot-melt Adhesives
Our hot-melt adhesives are renowned for their ability to create strong and durable bonds without the need for solvents. These adhesives are applied in a molten state and solidify upon cooling, forming resistant links quickly. They are especially useful in footwear manufacturing due to their high resistance for excellent bonding of the toe puff, counter, or reinforcement, depending on the type of leather. Polyester (Lasted)
Polyester hot melt adhesive for mounting toes and heels.
Polyamide (Lasted)
Polyamide adhesive for the processes of mounting shanks and heels (footwear industry).
Polyamide in granules
Recommended for the manufacture of toe puffs injected in VSM and BTA machines. It can also be used in the folding of leather, synthetic materials, textiles, etc.
TPU Powder
Thermoadhesive powder, with excellent adhesion and breathability on PVC, TPU, polyester, fabrics, oily leathers… Applied with a scatter.
EVA Powder
EVA thermoadhesive powder with good adhesion that provides great flexibility and breathability to materials. Applied with a scatter.
Water-based Adhesives
We offer water-based adhesives ideal for footwear brands looking to align with the current demands of the sector. Water-based adhesives are effective for a wide variety of materials, including textiles and synthetic leathers, and provide lasting adhesion that withstands the demands of daily footwear use. Additionally, their formulation allows for easy and uniform application, ensuring efficient production and consistently high-quality results.
The most important requirement for its use is drying through ovens or evaporation to completely eliminate moisture.

Polyurethane Adhesives (Single Component)
Water-based emulsion, with strong adhesion for a wide variety of footwear materials. When combined with additive 540, it achieves higher values of cohesion and temperature resistance.
This combination is an excellent ally even for the manufacturing of conveyor belts.
