Toe Puffs

  • Fabric basis:

Gomato : textile base of water-based fabric impregnated with synthetic resins for perfect shape retention.

Rubber T and Politex/Polifex :  non-woven polyester textile base impregnated with synthetic resins that provide hardness. With iron-on HM/BF; T PG rubber is the same, but with thermo-adhesives for fats.

Gammaflex : non-woven polyester textile base impregnated with synthetic resins of special softness and flexibility. Iron-on E or Q.

 

  • Extrusion Base:

 

QTS 0M : extruded thermoplastic with a one-sided non-woven textile support and HM adhesive.

 

QTS BLUES : extruded thermoplastic double spunlance textile support sheet with hot-melt EVA adhesive.

 

PREMIUM : extruded thermoplastic with synthetic resins and two sheets of non-woven polyester textile support with hot-melt PG adhesive.

 

MAX : non-woven polyester textile base impregnated with synthetic resins that provide softness and flexibility. Iron-on E or Q.

 

DIANA S and DIANA ECOFRENDLY : extruded thermoplastic with synthetic resins that give it softness. Non-woven textile support sheet on one side.

 

ORTIDIN : extruded thermoplastic with very hard polymers. Two non-woven polyester textile supports.

  • Fabric basis:

In addition to Rubber T, Rubber T PG, Gammaflex and Politex/Polifex we have:

HP express : cotton fabric textile base impregnated with synthetic latex. Two-sided thermoadhesives.

HP/R : non-woven polyester textile base impregnated with synthetic resins that reactivate with solvent.

 

  • Extrusion base:

In addition to DIANA S we have:

ALIS, SPRINT, DIANA,  DIANA T and BRAVO : extruded thermoplastic with synthetic resins and two non-woven polyester textile supports (BRAVO is copolyester).

DIANA ECOFRENDLY : extruded thermoplastic with synthetic resins that give it softness. Non-woven polyester textile support sheet on one side.

ORTODIN : extruded thermoplastic with high hardness polymers. Two non-woven polyester textile supports.

HARD COUNTER : extruded thermoplastic with high hardness polymers and two-sided PG adhesive. Two non-woven polyester textile supports.
