FIRMNESS: MEDIUM

THICKNESS: 0.8 – 1.5 mm (± 0.10%)

APPLICATION:

Available with hot-melt adhesive on one or two sides.
Material composed of a polyester non-women base impregnated with quality synthetic resins.
Shape retention greater than 90% and is very resistant with a high degree of moulding.
Complies with GRS certification.

POLYTEX

FIRMNESS: MEDIUM

THICKNESS: 0.6 – 1.8 mm (± 0.10%)

APPLICATION:

Available with HOT-MELT adhesive on one or two sides, composed of polyester fabric impregnated with high-quality synthetic resins.
Possesses a shape retention of over 90%.
Very resistant reinforcement with a high degree of moldability. Environmentally friendly, high-quality thermoplastic counters.
Fully recyclable (waste is recycled and processed into the same material), minimizing environmental impact.
Allows energy savings due to its low activation temperature.
Complies with GRS certification and is composed of 100% recycled raw materials.

ALIS

FIRMNESS: MEDIUM – HIGH

THICK: 0.5 – 1.2 (±0.10mm)

APPLICATION:

It contains up to 44% of recycled raw material, complying with GRS certification, provides footwear with a firm and very durable touch.
Stands out for its optimum quality/price ratio.
Fully recyclable and also available as toe puff.

BRAVO

FIRMNESS: HIGH

THICKNESS: 0.50 – 1.2 (± 0.10 mm)

APPLICATION:

Contains up to 46% of recycled raw material, complying with GRS certification, fully recyclable, also available as a toe puff.
Excellent activation temperature/setting time ratio.
High degree of adhesion to all kinds of materials.
High hardness and very resilient material.

HARD COUNTER

FIRMNESS: VERY HIGH

THICKNESS: 0.80 – 1.8 (± 0.10 mm)

APPLICATION:

Contains up to 64% of recycled raw material, complying with GRS certification, high hardness material in all thickness.
High resistance to collapsing in dry and wet conditions. High degree of adhesion in practically all materials.
Resistant to water (not affected by foot perspiration).
Available also as a toe puff, 100% recyclable.

DIANAFLEX

FIRMNESS: MEDIUM – HIGH

THICKNESS: 1.00 – 1.30 (± 0.10 mm)

APPLICATION:

It contains 20% of recycled raw material, complying with GRScertification, medium firmness counter strong with shape retention greater than 95%.
Excellent widening that allows the use even in the most specific ways.
Total recyclability (waste is recycled and reprocessed in the same material), optimal balance between hardness and resilience.
